Matt is the Principal at Claus Advisory Group, LLC. He has significant experience in mergers and acquisitions, business integration and business development optimization. With expertise in strategy and business integration, Matt brings a broad base of skills and experience to engagements and is deployed at leading companies today within outsourcing, technology, insurance and health care – including ADP, IBM, Occidental and Assurity Life Insurance.
Prior to forming Claus Advisory Group, LLC, Matt was with Ceridian as Vice President of Business Development where he successfully managed a portfolio of acquisitions, divestitures and strategic agreements.
Matt holds a business degree from Bowling Green and additional accreditations from The Institute of Paper Science and Technology. He is regularly published in The McHenry Advisor. Matt lives in Atlanta with his wife Mary. He enjoys golf and all things outdoors.
